Returns policy

Unless a listing says otherwise, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Go to your account, open the order, and contact the seller. If you can't resolve it together, MAPLES will step in.

Exceptions

Perishable food, personalized items and final-sale goods may not be returnable. These are marked on the product page.
